GRIN & TONIC AND ALL THE WORLD’S A STAGE 2010 TOUR CANCELLATION

Unfortunately, Grin & Tonic Theatre Troupe and All The World’s A Stage Theatre Company will no longer be touring their shows and workshops in 2010. I profusely apologise for the inconvenience, and have provided below the website details of other companies touring shows and workshops to schools in 2010 for your information.

This change in events is ultimately due to the economic climate over the past couple of years.  All The World’s A Stage Theatre Company has now been forced to close, and Grin & Tonic Theatre Troupe is again under the directorship of Bryan Nason and his company, Nason Productions Pty Ltd.  Dr Nason will be in contact with you in regards to the future touring of Grin & Tonic Theatre, possibly not until 2011.  The contact details for Grin & Tonic are now as follows:

Personally, I would like to thank you for your support over the past two years as I have run the Troupe, and over the past five years as I have performed with the Troupe.  Grin & Tonic performances inspired me when I was in high school and I have been fortunate to be able to continue the work of the company.  I have also been inspired by the teachers that I have met and come to know quite well over the past couple of years - it often feels like I’m contacting old friends and colleagues each year, so I thank you for that.

Each Queensland school is unique, but it is the dedication of each individual teacher to their students that has made it an absolute joy for me to “attend” school each day and be apart of the learning.  For that, again, I thank you, as your dedication will always inspire me to dedicate my time and energy (in small and large ways) to our Queensland schools.

Again, I apologise for any inconvenience Grin & Tonic’s cancellation has caused you, but I wish you all the best for 2010.
